 Help your own body this month by releasing past emotions, negative thought patterns, anger or feelings that no longer serve your highest good. By doing this, you will create peace and harmony within the body, mind and spirit. This will enable you to be more open to the needs of others and to better recognize how to create space within for new ideas, happier feelings and self empowerment.
Please try this exercise in meditation:

Begin by closing your eyes and becoming very still. Imagine yourself in a place that makes you very calm and at peace with the world.
Bring your awareness to your heart center and picture there, a white light. Let this light envelop your heart, your body.
Take in a deep breath and imagine as you exhale, that you are sending this white light of love outward to all others.
Feel and know that the light surrounds you and all you touch. You are a positive influence and your presence is precious to all life.
